Most people buy a home once every 7 years. Changing the process isn’t going to alter their life.

No, but new entrants like millennials may be more receptive (or not) to new technologies or processes. Sure, old farts like me will resort to agents or private sales frankly.

Do you think it’ll materially change the home ownership rate? I think most people that qualify to buy do buy. Home ownership isn’t higher, because we don’t have more people that can qualify. We all saw what happened when you drop qualification standards.

I know they say even lawyers and doctors will suffer the new online technology. But humans are still needed.

I don’t know, but I know most people in my block, nobody owns a second home. So, I could argue and be wrong that most people don’t buy a second home ever. Don’t generalize.
