I don’t see a direct route from that Island to Seattle… they might have to take a ferry… that might be a problem…

It’s a 35 min ferry if you have a car. It’s about 25 without a car, since you can get off a lot quicker. The homes on the island that are priced well sell fast. That one is odd. I’d expect a far bigger main house for $3.5M. It’s tough to value since there’s a second house and a bunch of other buildings. You’d think they’d reduce the price after being listed for so long.

Isn’t it quite common for luxury homes to take awhile to sell? Your market is very select and for something like this which is not exactly conventional it will take a special buyer…

Its been listed since 2015. Another year on the market and value will come up to the listed price!

It does take a special buyer. $3.5M can get you on Lake Washington in a much nicer house. The main house is “only” 2,100 sq for which is very small for $3.5M. I feel like whoever buys this would have to own or want to own horses. They’d value the property.
