Well, the idea of condo conversion is interesting that I need to consider that with my mult unit building there. I know the progressive radicals there are trying to clamp down on that as well so maybe I do it sooner than later. People are still interested in buying so maybe I convert and then sell off each unit as opposed to sell to someone who probably has that same exact idea. Could make more. I guess more investigating for me…
