I’m surprised anyone would build data centers in one of the most expensive areas. Can’t they build it in Nevada or Iowa?

The property, a swath of farm land north of Highway 237 between Zanker Road and Coyote Creek, sold for more than $73 million, or about $1.3 million per acre in a transaction made public this week. The land lies alongside the western region of Coyote River.

Woohoo, Rivermark, come on!

This area is technically Alviso. Swaths of land filled with grass. I’m not sure if the figures are correct, but 1.3M/acre works out to be $29/sqft - isn’t that ridiculously cheap?
