Time to see an ENT doctor?

I lived in Milpitas from 2001 to 2006. Back then the smell was not so bad. You get a few days of bad smell mostly in the summer and just close all the windows and it’ll pass. After I moved out, every time I went back and visited it smelled.

But I haven’t noticed the smell in the past year or so. Either things are improving or I need to see ENT doctor too.

I sure have. But then, I’ve smelled some Chinese food I thought was even worse
