I would love to see the details on that 10 under 500K…(big time fixers, family/friend transactions, etc). The Under 500k SFH ship has sailed and ain’t coming back anytime soon…
Only 1,766 total… That’s tiny for a city the size of SF. Is this just SFH or condo too?
