No kidding… my flips in Antioch have been robbed multiple times. That didn’t stop me from selling them for a profit though…

Did they rob your workers or steal from the property?
Had a friend with a Pittsburgh rental. He was showing an investor around. In one room there was a dude trying to break open a newspaper rack. My friend just pretended he didn’t see him… and kept on doing the tour…

Yes they robbed the contractor blind and stole all his tools. They also broke the windows and doors.
