Are any of you living in or seriously interested in William Lyon’s developments in Newark near Dumbarton/84? The location seems great with lots of potential, but I’m concerned of the history behind the site:
There are basically toxic chemicals that are in the soil. What are your thoughts? It seems risky to me for long term health effects…
