Same problem down south…
I had a friend in L.A. He asked me if buying a $175K homes was OK. That was 2013. I said, go ahead! But he objected, he was going to retire soon. He is paying more for rent than what he could be paying for such home.
ESJ is hot right now. Been to open houses, you know, recruiting and offering my mortgage recovery program
