Has anyone noticed how the word “complaint” and “compliant” look very much alike? 
Their listing still hasn’t listed the open house yet. I wonder if it’s kinda like an under the table secret open house or something. Off-MLS open houses…
The only COVID case in my area who wasn’t a diabetic drunken Indian or a nursing home resident was a real estate agent who caught it doing open houses (and recovered quickly).
Of course the problem here is that many of the buyers are from urban, COVID infested areas looking to escape lockdowns and riots.
