Plenty of overpriced delusional sellers out there. A neighbor in Shingle Springs thinks his house is worth $6 million. 21 acres of wine grapes and a fancy 5000 sf house. Never had a house sell for that around here. Fired his realtor. Worth maybe $4m if you want the headache of being a farmer. Profit maybe $25k per year. Next year maybe it will sell for $3m if he wants to hold on to his $6m ask.

I saw one listing with something I had not heard for ages - Seller will pay $24K towards closing costs!

Common in Austin now.

We all can guess what this owner is thinking but do you think this is right strategy? Keep lowering price every day until it’s sold!
