The stats dont show the huge numbers of boomers dropping out of the market place…As soon as the hit 62 they quit if they can afford to…Nobody will hire us old farts anyway. .Even though we work harder and smarter. .Perception is oldsters are expensive and crankier…Reality is they have a better work ethic and instinctively know how to get things done right…Industry is loosing the most productive generation ever…And the pundits puzzle why productivity is going down???

What I worry is that these jobs are not replaced or created in the areas where there’s lots of unemployment. Areas like the coal miners towns, whom to my understanding should be put out of their misery for good.
Watch it, very carefully, and think.
