Seoul is more like New York.
Mostly high-rise buildings.
However, I guess one can get better one with over 7M.

Seoul is definitely more appealing than Mumbai where @BAGB is from.

If a place near bum paradise (aka library) and train tracks can sell for almost $3M, anything is possible.
