They use the .75 here. Itā€™s shower without a tub.

Full baths donā€™t need a tub in the Bay Area.

To answer the OP question 1 year later
Norm is $2M  now.
Given current norm, are SFHs in LynBrooks a bargain?
Compare to Sunnyvale, prices are reasonable.
If the trend of choosing commuting would swing back to near good schools, Lynbrook is a bargain.

95129 is bargain only compared to 94087. Not a bargain when compared to anything else.

Donā€™t like that part of Sunnyvale. Old crappy house and near ā€¦

There was a drive by shooting in a 1.5M neighborhood near my evergreen house two days ago.

Maybe it is not green anymore thereā€¦

Is it just me or thereā€™s plenty of > 14 day homes in SVL? Or am i imagining a slower market?

6 months of supply is considered a balanced market. You have a LONG way to go.

in bay area, that seems like a very boring market.

Yes. We want that 20% plus gain every single year

11 new. 17 previous. So 3 out of previous 20 sold over the last 6 days.

Sunnyvale has arrived at the 2.5M price point. Gain will be slow from now on. Battle has moved on to Santa Clara.
