why this house is sold lower price than its peers. is it due to lack of backward ?

holy. they got such a nice deal.

I gues this part could be its backyard if it’s not already?

If the house doesn’t present well with outdoor space and the outdoor living concept, it’s a negative. It’s on The Dalles which looks like a feeder street. S Mary also a heavier use street is close. Add in the mish mash remodel. Better to have solid old house without remodel than the mish mash.

Quick flip:

Old photos:

Decent home, price cut:

IT’s around snail/san miguel neighborhood.

Am i wrong in thinking that 321 E Arbor Ave seems to be a better deal than 721 San Simeon?

This flip was an all cash purchase where 3 investors pulled funds together.

@RealEstatebull and @BAJacket take note :slight_smile:

May be we 3 should do one  instead of making the price guesses on other’s properties…

Make it 4, after and if i can finalize my primary saga.

Did the saga ever take off or still in wood works or in flight?

that would make it 3 millennials and a @wuqijun project.

Why does it have to be a serial thing? I thought engineers are taught to process things in parallel…

never said do it serial. parallel is the only way to scale. you guys prove each other you can work together, and i will join and prove myself.

:scream: :sob:

Too many cooks and the kitchen will be a mess. :smiling_imp:

Not if you parallelize.

Like 2 working on one project, the other two on the others - they still pool money.
