If the house doesn’t present well with outdoor space and the outdoor living concept, it’s a negative. It’s on The Dalles which looks like a feeder street. S Mary also a heavier use street is close. Add in the mish mash remodel. Better to have solid old house without remodel than the mish mash.

never said do it serial. parallel is the only way to scale. you guys prove each other you can work together, and i will join and prove myself.
