Anyway, I guess buyer is very smart. Such a good deal, IMO.

I would blame the agent more so than seller. Either seller wanted to sell live-in or they had tenants? But it definitely cost them about 200K for sure.

Just playing with some charts for 94087, doesn’t look like our current “dip” is much different from 2 or 3 years ago. Yes, last year was exceptional, maybe we are back to more Bay Area normal?

It was on the market for for 2+ months, with a price reduction but no one bit. I saw the property and it looked like it had decent remodeling throughout, with the exception of bedrooms. Right across from a private elemantary school, and maybe the park in the front can draw random teenagers at nights, but otherwise I saw nothing wrong with the property. Nice big lot (7500sqft) and good size home. Hmm…
