Price Estimates - Redwood city edition

Still not selling after massive price cut.

Surprised. But maybe it’s just not the place for a modern building. Nothing else around there is like this one.

Shared driveway shouldn’t be too big a deal. The back neighbors redid it with nice pavers. Wouldn’t want the glass on the front without privacy trees though.

Also surprising. Most homes in that area that size go for $2.1M.

Maybe prices really are falling.

I really like that 1773 Hull Ave… … But we’re in contract, so… It’s kind of like being engaged… No more window shopping for other men.

Break the contract, move on!

I didn’t notice both were on the same street. I liked 1773 too.

WOW. Redfin says $2.1M, and Zillow says $2.3M

And that house is really nice… Something’s definitely amiss.

That’d cost us $$$$$$$$$$ now that we’re in escrow.

Maybe it can still save you money! like… If this is 1.9 and worh 2.3, and you both one for 2.3 already (Example), you can save like 400K - 70K (escrow money!)

I’m a bad person!

Ours is less. I hope I don’t regret not waiting.

You’ll be fine.

I found why this house is not selling: TV above fireplace!

Oh goodness. That’s clearly worth $100K off the price…

Seriously. Three car garage… 4BR, 3.5Bath? Something’s amiss!

Maybe, but ours isn’t as nice as this one.

grass is greener.

I got it!

It’s the view… DEFINITELY worth $300K off.

On this one? That’s cause it’s fake. Our grass is real. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’d still buy it. Look at the houses in the back! Clearly, this house is an opportunity at this price.

1773 lowered price from 2.5 to 2.0, so I guess the seller won’t take a 2.0 offer, at least not yet. It was initially listed at 2.75. Seller is probably looking for 2.3-2.4 range offer.

Nah, lowered from 2.75 actually

@Terri is hull a good neighborhood (besides its price).
