It borders Atherton which I think is a plus. It is generally safe, though who really knows given that it’s in San Mateo county (Sheriff’s), not RWC police.
Walking distance to the high school and a super market.
High school kids will go down Hull Ave. though.
Selby Lane is K-8 and NOT highly rated. That is why that section of RWC–south of Woodside–costs less than north of Woodside (Woodside Plaza).
Hull gets a lot of Woodside High School kids walking by. Used to be a tough crowd. Trash and vandalism.
I developed a three lot subdivision there in the 90s
Yes. that’s a downside for the whole neighborhood. And I’ve yet to see any crowd of kids that isn’t going to do something wrong on their way home. Groups of kids have a way of making mischief tough crowd or not.
It’s not thaaaaat bad, but there have been stories of porto-potties getting knocked over, and any roughhousing could end up with someone knocking over your fence or stepping on your petunias.
I mean zillow home value is still an algorithmic value, but iam telling you - i see lots of price drops, longer markets and selling less than their comps from just a couple month ago.
