Is this too expensive? Felt like it, location is probably good, but 3M?

3M is too much for sunnyvale… might as well go Mountain View or Los Altos.

Ah… 1048_S_Mary is in Homestead High.
There is quite a bit of gab between Fremont High and Homestead High.
Still, S_Mary is very busy street and 882_Rubis is beautifully remodeled.

Maybe, the seller didn’t share the photos of nicely remodeled part of the house? :slight_smile:

Priced reduced multiple times. I thought it is a good size house and lot with excellent schools.

Wow… they bought for 2.1 and can’t sell at 2.32. They lowered price to 2.25. Agent fees alone is 100k. Looks like they’ll lose money.

I doubt they might be able to make a profit on this one… bought in May for 2.1 with the same agent and just cut the price to 2.25 on the listing day. They might be able save some agent fee. I guess.

Didn’t realize that they lowered price the same day. I’m not sure what they did to the house, but I’m guessing kitchen, appliances, bath, floors, paint, lighting, yard. That’s probably at least 80k.

I was about to post the Zillow link. Looks it’s a old listing since July. They just deleted the history on redfin to make it fresh.

Many flippers get caught by the sudden slowdown from Jul. If they have holding power, can try their luck and hold till next Spring.
