Heh. Isn’t the other two home we are discussing has better school - Cupertino Middle > Sunnyvale Middle, and they are not selling at 2M. I am surprised.
The area is nice; withing walking distance to schools and parks.

I see nothing wrong with Wright ave. house other than it being on a slightly busy street (connects homestead & fremont ave). Sounds like a good deal.
Wright ave is really busy street during school drop off time.

The fixer up house on Wright has been sold to cash buyer for 1.6. Sounds like a good deal. There was a smaller on in similar condition on the same road sold in April for 2.4m, outch
