Anyone try Marble Living? $50/m per tenant
I haven’t tried them but seems too good to be true. They are a really small company, just took 2m funding… 7 people… CEO is from Facebook.
You know more about RE but I don’t think property management is a tech play. Dealing with contractors, tenants, lawyers all are time intensive jobs and require serious field work.

Tahoe is crazy crowded now This definitely a startup but it might take off. I bought airbnb at 87 … skyrocketing, roaring 20s
