Redfin has been sued for redlining. Poor people are thinking they are being discriminated against because Redfin sets a minimum price.
This is hilarious. It’s a good thing for Redfin as it is free marketing. They can let it get some good soak time before removing the minimum price but finding some other ways to not serve the low-commission areas.
I think it is perfectly fine. there are some sales that are too small to give a commission discount.

Is this serious? Those people are free to pick another real estate firm to represent them. Those people aren’t prevented from buying or selling a home. Redfin has a tiny market share.
