Redfin Listing Fee Reduced to 1% in San Francisco

They also have some fancier version called “Concierge Service” that charges 2% to “make your home shine through improvements like cleaning, painting, staging, and landscaping.”

Their buyer rebate is going down. I guess they’re figuring out the real cost of doing business.

“Redfin Concierge available only in the DC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco metro areas. Subject to $500,000 minimum sale price. Listing commission subject to change. Buyer’s agent commission not included. Listing commission increased by 1% of sale price if buyer is unrepresented.”

What, not offered in world class cities like San Jose???

San Jose is simply an extension of SF.

I guess we all live in the same mega city, except a couple

Since Tahoe is just an extension of the Bay Area, we’ll count you in. :stuck_out_tongue:

This is another strong message their stock is being viewed as a discount service by investors not a technology stock. Zip tried it. Their listing is partial certain real properties are NOT posted on their website. If they are just a discount service investors can invest in many other real estate or commercial REIT… I saw a new agent left a card on the table it says 0.9%. His offer came in was the lowest. The discounted realtors often attract those with limited means.

That is why the HSR should come here via Sacramento.
Actually the locals are against any more visitors. I would rather see that $100b spent on solar farms and desalination plants.
