At least from the pictures, this is still taking the Sunset/Parkside to whole new level. Yes, we have seen nice remodels but this is fairly high end stuff we are seeing. Let’s see what it goes for. I am betting OVER, slightly…

Wow, it really has gotten out of control in the Sunset now. It was just recently that we were seeing and “accepting the fact” that average 2/1s were selling at 1M but to be reaching 1.5M-2.0M is ridiculous. That is Golden Gate Heights valuations, right, @manch?

The flipper made a killing as he must have made over $400k for this flip. It will be interesting to see if the buyer of the flip will end up making anything. Most likely he will if he could manage to rent it out for $7500 per month for the next 20 years.
