I just sold my 3-year-long-project on the East side of San Francsico to some REALLY rich millenials. Above Asking Price. No inspections, no finance contingencies. They are pretty well off.

in all fairness, there is SO much money among Millienials in SF Bay Arya is that it is truly “stupid” money. They really don’t know what to do with it.
