I see SF and DC housing much better now than 2/3 months ago and a whole lot different than 12 months ago. Especially Daly City where I see flips selling for record prices. Do you guys see the same thing ?

Not a flip. Sold 300K over ask and 80K over Redfin estimate.
Another one. 160K above listing and Redfin estimate.
I think they are just low asking price. Market is around ~1.25M for some legal space downstairs in 94015.
