San Francisco Is The Place To Be

I know it’s not SF but since we are talking about crime:

View of SF from @manch’s ex-fellow countryman.

In Chinese, Chan said he had been in the city for several days, and when he walked on the streets, he would see people in behavioral health crises. And then he imitated a zombie with half-closed eyes and appeared to be unconsciously dragging himself walking, triggering laughter from the audience.

He also fired a shot at the city’s dirty streets by jumping around the stage pretending to avoid something unpleasant—a veiled reference to human feces.

See??? Not only are we the capital of AI but we rule in Boba, bitches!!!

Eason Chan is a CCP sellout. He most famously mocked the Uyghurs locked up in xinjiang’s concentration camps. An all around bad person.

Garbage.

Most on here don’t realize Dean Preston is not even a Democrat. He’s literally a socialist.

A conviction for a small time drug dealer makes the news. What a city!

“This jury took their job seriously, and after evaluating the evidence critically, realized there was absolutely no corroboration to the story that he’d been human trafficked.”

So he didn’t get away this time only because he was not human trafficked (convincing skills still lacking). Those who are actually human trafficked or who can put together a better story to convince others can still deal drugs and be immune to prosecution.

Evidently Supervisor Preston lives in the Alamo Square neighborhood. Perhaps opening up a dozen or so homeless camps in the park there might remind the residents where the problem originates - bad decisions by crazed and confused elected officials, ultimately of course the blame also lies with those who vote for these politicians. I hope Elon’s $$$ is successful here.

Watching the Real-Estate Bust From the Streets of San Francisco **
**City’s new landmarks are struggling office buildings and a shopping mall losing tenants

The bottom was in 2021 though…

Everybody including the police and politicians know who break in and where these stolen goods are “processed” where they are “sold”. Everybody gets a cut out of it.

Good thing is US is a 50 state big country and there are lots of options and hence businesses and people are leaving and will continue to leave for better places.

Love it. Saw a bunch of naked men riding bikes in downtown Saturday morning. Uniquely San Francisco.

I couldn’t help but notice that very few of these people were attractive.

Attractive or not they are pretty rip. This is our state senator scott wiener. This man is 53 years old.

In a memo, Breed cited a recent acknowledgment at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that a December 2022 injunction—which restricted city workers from moving or clearing homeless encampments—only applies to people who are “involuntarily homeless.” Those who refuse specific offers of shelter cannot be defined as such, the court acknowledged.

“To make sure our workers are supported and confident in their work with this change, over the next few weeks we will be reiterating and updating their training and making sure they understand what they can and cannot do,” wrote Breed. “In line with the injunction as clarified by the Ninth Circuit’s order, the City will soon begin to enforce laws prohibiting sitting, lying, or sleeping on public streets and sidewalks against voluntarily homeless individuals.”

Another win for SF.

So Breed just now understands a ruling from December, 2022? Maybe her lawyers didn’t pass the bar exam, so it took some time to understand it and explain it to her.

David Chiu is the current SF City Attorney. He sure passed the bar exam.

Chiu graduated from Harvard University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in government from Harvard College, a Master’s Degree in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.[5]
