To me, overall brilliant RE play for someone with idle cash and no issues with death. Pay cash for fast close. Fresh paint all around and rent it out asap for a cheap level. Rent to someone who doesn’t care, or someone who sees dead bodies all the time (doctors, morgue or coroner workers, funeral parlor workers, etc.). Look, some people can rationalize it, hey the mother took out the whole family. All internal strife. Not like a home invasion where a stranger comes in and kills everyone. See the difference? After painting and brightening up the place, I would hire a Buddhist monk to come bless the house, burn a ton of incense and shake the neighborhood with firecrackers. Ok, rent for 3 years which to my understanding is the maximum disclosure period about the murders on the premises. Sell in say five years. Make a million to two million. Easy.
