I guess that’s why RE is flat to slightly down year/year. Especially since the industries in SF with the most job listings are low paying ones. I bet the recent IPO flops have really slowed tech hiring. It’s going to be much more difficult to raise VC money.

A landlord told me the rental market is slow in SF. He has housing not yet rented out after 1+ mo. Now price adjusted.
