Should you be a nice guy or not?

Mean people earn more than the nice guy, but can get fired more easily. Hmm… so should you be mean?

For people with bachelors degree or less, being nice is good.

For people with advanced degree, stop being nice!

i am mostly a nice guy, but very agressive at work

The premise is that you need to be mean at work. You can be a nice guy the real life. So you are on the right track.

Be a M and blunt - my idol vp is like that.

@tomato, let’s do something. Let’s find an old archaic industry to disrupt. RE is prime for disruption. You can be the CTO/engineering and I’ll be the biz dev front man.

I want to be the CFO.
