You should look at some of the SF condos’ HOA. Many are more than 1K. But this condo looks really ugly.

It is assited living for seniors, includes meals and 24 hr monitoring. …half house to being a rest home…San Mateo is full of seniors. .My buddy who was a San Mateo cop said all he did was answer calls about deceased seniors…They die like flies down there…good health care nearby…
