I was helping this broker at an open house, they asked him “how many sq ft is this house”? He went to his pocket, pulled one of his fliers and replied with the number, something he ought to have at the tip of his tongue.

Boy the agents must love that… They’re always asking where your agent is… Now they want to talk to you via chatbot? Seriously.

Last Saturday I went to deliver something to an Ebay buyer a mile away from home. Brand new condos/town houses. On many doors I saw this Vietnamese realtor’s flyer stating “1%” commission.

All the sudden I lost my apetite to renew my RE license. :face_with_monocle:
