I can see PA being more expensive than SF. But is San Mateo really that expensive? Did not know that.

County I could see, but I agree San Mateo city shouldn’t have higher rents that PA or MP.

I think could be due to some newly built or remodeled ones. Those normally go quite high.

I think it’s a lack of availability. We rented a 2br/1ba for a little less then $3200 on the first open house a few weeks ago. we looked around and had priced a little under market. Similar place in Sunnyvale would be like $2600
