This property was big news a couple years ago. Supposedly the owner you mention put in a shooting gallery in the basement, and was eventually convicted of money laundering. 
Risque movies might be a selling point (or not), but I’m sure the shocking reality of this piece of RE is another story… makes you wonder whether there were any deaths on the property

Funny you say that…I tend to do that all the time too and my wife thinks just because we live in a corner house with all those windows that people would be downright spooked or vomiting when they see my naked body.
