In California, it’s hard to say. She may get millions to settle the case. Some California judges are judicial activists, they would rule based on their feelings instead of law.

Why didn’t she sue the emergency personnel for letting that lone car through?
Of course she did. She sued all the government agency and her university. It’s the taxpayer’s money so no one would care. If every taxpayer gives her $1, she would be a UHNW. Nobody has time to care about $1.
Just watched the video. It’s not clear what happened, but I have to suspect she actually ran in front of the car–the car appears to be staying to the left of the crowd, not like he/she drove directly into the crowd.
The price of having a “constitution” and exercising your freedoms and the law.
She may be luckier than the Moore accuser lady, her home got burned down by loving democracy conservative people.
Taxpayer money, right, we know that. Somebody is golfing on our tab as if that were his job.
Hate to say it, but your freedoms don’t extend to running onto a freeway without getting run over.
Nor pointing a gun at a police officer without getting shot…
Nor jumping from a 20 story building without breaking bones…

I find blocking freeways the equivalent of abduction…innocent motorists are held hostage they are stuck often for hours…Disgusting, immoral and illegal…It should be penalized with a minimum of 10 years in prison…

Maybe if she wins schools would have the requirement to stop protests for the students own good … obviously they are too dumb to take of themselves… at least according to this ambulance chasing attorney…

Frivolous lawsuits like this and the google guy’s need to stop.
Worse, one of the protests in LA killed someone because an ambulance couldn’t get to the hospital in time.
We should build a stadium for protesting. All the protesters can go to the protecting statium and do whatever they want. Police can install monitors to detect any dangerous activity. Fire sprinklers or tear gas can automatically go off if a dangerous crowd is dangerous to the crowd itself.
The protesting stadium would cost taxpayers money, but we can save time on this lawsuit from Maria Flores,

The worst part of this lawsuit is that we’re probably already going to be supporting her medical care and long-term disability through welfare and medical. Aren’t the taxpayers already paying for her injury?
