Tahoe sales off the charts

Diana Olick says Tahoe sales have had the biggest sales increase in the nation.
Sales up 80%. Prices up 16.5%. Biggest jump since 2012. The highend has had a 50% jump. Shortage of waterfront houses. My one friend got $1m for a year lease for a waterfront house.

Phoenix is still up 19% YTD. 16% of the buyers come from CA.
I haven’t check my local area. I just know inventory is way down.

I recall driving by this property last time I visited Tahoe (in 2020) and stayed in Incline Village
