Park rent is even higher than HOA fees
Not unless parking is in my stupid town of MV. They will even send out pooper cleaner out to your RVs for free. Parking free. Close to downtown for all the restaurants, bars, and festivals. Why buy houses, pay insurance and property taxes when all that’s free.
