Factories - only one second hand factory built by Toyota. The gigafactory may be more interesting but most of the tech is from Toshiba.
Driving data - Tesla cars don’t have Lidars. Without it the driving data is just visual and thus useless.
Patents - don’t know much.
Solarcity - BK firm which Elon bought to save his cousins’ ass.
