This site is ok, but

  1. Mercury news blocks all unsubscribed users,me too, folks won’t click. If I source WSJ (subscription), others won’t know the details. No point of linking it.

  2. Source may change the contents or delete it later (Reddit)

This is about sharing the information to readers, but not about getting rating ! If you link, subscribed sites like Mercurynews, WSJ, people are very unlikely to click in future.

If a developer wanted to maximize profits, they’d bill high rises to get as many units out of the land as possible. That’s not happening due to NIMBYism.

Not sure why I am named in it. I have added new units (new construction) and increased sqft (tear down and rebuild). I have added at least 30,000 sqft of legal living space.

@ptiemann, Sorry to ask unrelated question.

I hope you bought bitcoin, did you sell it when it reached 10K? If not, are you still profitable level? Being pessimistic, if bitcoin DIPs now to $1000, it will not recover in any near future, esp in economy is going to correction area (another 10% dip in SP500 happens).

I bought more bitcoin after many weeks of not buying, but with the current price level ($7k) I am slightly negative if you look at their $ value.

Now, I do not look at the $ value…

Had I sold at $12k (4 weeks ago?) and reinvested all at $6400 (3 days ago), I would have nearly doubled my BTC account.

You need to bet big. $200k isn’t going to make a difference. The amount needs to be at least $2 million.
