Most African and Middle East countries are off limits for Americans in civilian cloths. Unless they are the CEOs or manager of those corporations extracting oil, and all the minerals needed for the survival of our technological achievements.
There is where the sanctimonious “pro life” are missing in action. They rather allow teenagers to get pregnant than allowing them to abort that undesirable baby that will join the poor, manageable as slaves army that are killed by the thousands every day via buried in mineral mines, or political wars.
I don’t think a woman 11-18 of age is mature enough to know that much about her own sexuality and her place in society. By marrying her that young, and not having access to divorce, it is a hell of a life stuck to an abusive partner.
