In a free market a 900 ft house in SF is worth 1.4M, but a mansion of over 4k ft with a swimming pool is worth only 900K in Texas.
That tells you which place is more desirable. Money doesn’t lie.

The inside and backyard look pretty fancy actually. I’m pretty impressed with what they did with their yard.
