That is not true. I posted my Fremont SFH in Move Me Move (Zillow) and got quite a few calls. In fact, I had to pull the posting since I was not ready to do a 1031 exchange on that particular property yet.
So, enlighten us (briefly) as to why we should use this site/app vs say Redfin/Zillow/Trulia?
