That area was selling for 1.8-1.9M pre-COVID.
Are Fremont Ardenwood prices almost at Cupertino level now?
Eventually all BA prices will become 2.5M, that seems like a step function for most BA houses.
I gave Fremont as 1.5 that might be inching towards 2M these days.

Exactly. I was showing a comparison of these 2 houses to my wife an hour back and telling her someone got a good deal on the Peregrine house.
The following house in spite of an Elementary school just at the backyard got a better price(@$880/sqft). They added @600-700 sq ft @2015 and the inside flow and materials aren’t the best.

Yea, realtor made a big mistake with scaring people away with their original asking price which they might have come in close to that number if they ask around 1.75 as list price.
