It’s about Oakland. It’s just amazes me. They literally have zero concrete plans or actions. They’d prefer the neighborhood mainatain its $25K/YR median income. They claim it’s the creative class. I guess people prefer when neighborhoods are low income and full of crime.
Wealth inequality is a byproduct of capitalism. It is a necessary evil. Without this inequality there’ll be no incentives for people to work hard and better their lot. It puzzles me that so many people don’t realize / won’t admit / won’t accept this as a fact.

Some people would prefer everyone be equally poor. That’s what a great society is to them.
