Happened all the time in Boston too. The snow plows would make large piles - but they sometimes would do it over the drain. Ooops.
A few more roof collapsed this week. Raley’s at Stateline has a sagging roof. Been evacuated. An apartment building had a deck collapse… Evacuated the building. My friend was evacuated because a tree cracked and threatened the building.
Been raining at the lake since Thursday. Roof snow loads are diminishing. The miracle in March. Minor flooding. Should rain till Wednesday

I bet Emerald Bay will thaw with all this rain.
