What are you going to do with all the cash?

Bitcoin?

:rocket:

Buy RE not Shitcoin

Famed economist Nouriel Roubini argues that retail investors with “fear of missing out” are going to get crushed by investing in Bitcoin during its latest run higher.

“We have, like in 2017, hundreds of thousands of retail suckers that are having FOMO (fear of missing out) going into this asset class. And they are going to buy it at peak like it happened in December of 2017 when it was $20,000 and fell to $3,000 by the end of the next year. So, it’s the same phenomenon — just people are moving in because of FOMO, feeding the bubble, manipulation, eventually, they’ll get crushed,” Roubini told Yahoo Finance Live on Monday.

The NYU Stern professor of economics argued that Bitcoin’s surge is driven by “massive manipulation,” not a rush into a hedge against inflation.

I struggled hard - in the past - buy and sell, but now it is computerized. You have done this manually.
How did you decide to sell TSLA at $870? It is seems a buy now… Same way, how did you decide CCIV?

That’s a whole different topic on horrific impulse control and lack of delayed gratification. That and people just don’t care and #yolo financially.

When Tsla goes to 5000 a few years from now, it hardly makes a difference whether you bought it at $880 or $700. The only difference is whether you actually bought it, and at what quantity.

I think Bitcoin has a better chance to 10x than TSLA at current level. Obv I was wrong on TSLA before and I may continue to be wrong.

No need of 10x-ing for me. 5x is good enough. That would take me to the $100 million net worth I was looking for :money_mouth_face:

Going from $25m to $100m won’t change your life as much as going from $25m to zero.

That’s why need to start transition to wealth preservation and buy some RE or index for diversification. It seems he still want to grow his wealth :man_shrugging:

Enough of diversification with my 15 rentals and that Palo Alto “dream home”. My net worth won’t go to zero even if Tsla went to zero, contrary to @Elt1 's wish…

Everyone on here is growing wealth. I just think there is difference between investing and gambling. Remember pigs get slaughtered at the trough and there is no competition here.

Well obviously you can’t tell the difference between investing and gambling. That’s why you’ve been blind to the rise of Tsla and bitcoin. Why you have the nerve to keep bad-mouthing these investments after being wrong for so long is beyond my comprehension.

Some other small high risk moves that are certainly tanking right now with the market!

Did a little bit of buying and now things seem to be V-shaping up. For now at least.

This is completely made up to correct high fly stocks as rotation…It stops today, wait and watch…Expecting this correction, had money in sidelines, but prematurely bought yesterday. Now, I am buying with margin…
