As long as no one died… so a good chunk of the condo building needs to be redoned or just the two units? How does that work? Condo development 's insurance pays, or your neighbor’s insurance pays? Or comes from the reserves? See, I have no idea about condos…
All 8 units. Condo insurance pays for everything. But takes a long time…
You presumably paid cash, but dang, other folks have to maintain mortgage payments correct while waiting for building to be redone (and re-rented)? Maybe some insurance coverage for lost rental income?
I also have to keep paying HOA dues without rent for over 2 years…
None of my neighbors have a mortgage. They all paid cash and all are landlords

he never sells. i will inherit his houses as his stepson.
