Geez, the list price is pretty high for what looks like meh remodeling and staging. The “24” is not helping either… If this goes and over asking, market is totally out of whack (still)…
It’s relatively big (for SF). Less than $800 a foot is not outrageous in that part of town. So no, it’s not too expensive.
1.29M listing price, not selling price. I would be shocked if it sells fast.
Maybe this one sold so high because of the color scheme???
Yes, technically Central Sunset but come on, 1.25M for this???

Yeah, you are pretty big but 1.7M right out of the gate and near the beach? Ok…
Paying 1.7 for Outer Sunset is nuts when Inner Sunset can be had for 1.5. Impeccable numbers as well! Surprisingly nobody wants the house. Has been sitting in the market for 91 days and underwent the disgrace of reducing price. Ouch!
That’s the death house…
Yup, always ask the question and/or check the disclosures…
What death house?
Come on, Fearless Leader, fire in house, people died…
If I remember correctly, I had heard they used double bolted locks which of course made this house a death trap and too hard for firemen to get in.
This would be a perfect house for my case study thread. At what price point will it need to reach before someone is willing to buy a home where 3 people died unnaturally in?
Dang, nearly 1.5M by the beach…

I thought the schools in the Fab 7x7 suck???
Big Outer Sunset home pended at 1.7M!!! Come on, the story about the great schools just came out!!!

Ok, a semi realistic selling price of 1.45M…

Uh, we Sunseters would be way happy if you sell this at this price, but come on!!!
