Trade war can upset long term projectionsā¦(I donāt mean RE in particular) I mean economic growth if the trade war goes out of hands. & then everybody will suffer although some will suffer more than others.

Trading war will increase housing price via higher inflation. I would buy sooner instead.
Trading war would be bad for stocks by introducing uncertainty. Time to sell stocks and buy houses

Not because of trade wars, but economy will sag slowly and housing prices will come down. I see the changes happening in bay area too. It all depends on how much stock dips in a year.
