I’m open, but have been looking into Castro Valley and Fremont area. Given that I am kind of picky about location with certain requirements this might take a while.

Fremont is not near to anywhere but not (too) far from anywhere. So depending on where you need to commute, might work. FB is hiring!

Insurance rates varies for every consumer. So only way to know is to get quote for your specific location and situation. I find Geico way cheaper for me. But then when friends comparison shop, they said Geico is more for them.
I use Geico. I pay $900 per year for 2 cars. Both are decent cars, not beat up rides. I periodically compared vs all other insurance companies. Other companies cost 2x more. One time with AAA agent, it was hilarious. The guy was like: “You are paying $900 for 1 car, not 2. Because there is no way it can be that cheap.”
My UI with Geico was <$300 previously, but it went up $60 last year. I haven’t comparison shopped yet. I might if there is any increase again this year.
